Who needs full service vending? Any business in need of convenience. From business buildings to office suites, any workplace can have its own vending machines. How much is the set up cost? Capital Vending provides free setup and installation. There are no costs for service, maintenance, or repair. Who provides the machines? Prior to start of service, Capital Vending will order machines to your location. There is no cost for your business to have fully serviced, high quality vending machines. Is there a contract for this service? We do not require a contract for service. Our goal is to keep you happy and we are glad to help with any requests! What is your service area? Our main service areas are in the Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee region, but we will cater to anyone wishing to do business with us. Do you sell vending machines/ATMs? Yes. Capital Vending has been providing other vending companies with used and new machines. If you are starting a new vending business, or if you just need a few machines, please give us a call! Are there charges for service calls? There is no charge for any service call. If there is any problem with the vending machine, the technician will be there in less than 24 hours. What happens if I need to move my vending machine/ATM? In some cases, vending machines may need to be moved for building remodeling. Whatever the circumstance, we ask that you notify us of a vending machine move as soon as you can. Please contact us at least a week in advance of the date you need to have the vending machine moved. How much money will my business earn from amusement vending? We pay the location owner a percentage of the gross sales at each collection. Commission rates are based on the type of equipment. It is not possible to predict a dollar figure as each location is unique and customer trends vary. However, every penny counts in business and with our equipment there is *no cost to the location owner. We own, service, repair & restock product and prizes. The revenue received by the location is basically pure profit. How are service requests handled? You will find a service phone number on all vending machines. All service requests will be handled by uniformed service technicians in a professional and rapid manner. Who determines what products are in my machines? We base the selection we put in the machines on input from our customers and personal experience. We always keep the best selling national brands stocked and any favorites that you request. How often do you service the machines? Our service schedules are based on volume. Most programs range from every other week to seven days a week. The higher the volume, the more often we visit! |
